Shipment

Shipping takes place via PostNL. Shipping costs are €5,95 (Netherlands), for outside the Netherlands: <2kg = €13,00, <5kg = €19,50, <10kg = €25,00. Free shipping in consultation with regular customers above a certain amount. Ordered on working days before 4 p.m., shipped the same day. If you order on Friday afternoon after 4:00 PM or during the weekend,we will ship your order on Monday.

Returns

You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return the products unopened and in their original condition. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. The costs of returning are for your own account. In case of complaints and returns, you can contact info@mastichorse.nl. We will refund the order amount due within 14 days of receipt.

Take Away

It is possible to pick up ordered and paid products at our location in Groenlo. Contact us for the options by email or telephone.
